She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Glascock Sr. and Mary Ellen Smallwood Glascock; and her nephew Nathan Conover. She is survived by: her husband Ken Mayhew; her children, Daniel Calvin (Michelle), Richard Calvin (Genia) and Monica Smith (Kyle); her siblings, Phyllis Minga (Gary), Janice Conover (Larry), Karen Miller (Sam), Julie Glascock (Bryan Kurowski) and Clarence "Eddie" Glascock Jr. (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Aidan, Brynn, Garrett, Faylynn Calvin, Halee, Trenton, Jace, Lacy Calvin, Madison and Brooklynn Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
