She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Leon Jacobs; her children, Teresa Lewis of Hannibal, MO, Sheila Hayden (Bob) of Holts Summit, MO, Donna Phelps (Ron) of Holts Summit, MO, Sandra Roach (Keith) of New London, MO and Danny Jacobs (Rhonda) of Holts Summit, MO; and her sisters, Zelma Jacobs of Fredericktown, MO and Alma McWhorter.
