He was predeceased by: his mother Monica O'Malley. He is survived by: his sisters, Priscilla Gurley of St, Pam Sickler of St. Robert, MO and Patricia Pierson of Florida; and his sister-in-law Lois Otte (Lyle) of Edina, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
