He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert C. Sinclair and Iva Strothers Sinclair Jones; his sister Aileen Taylor; his son Donald Ray Sinclair; his daughters-in-law, Faye Sinclair and Lucy Sinclair; and his niece Judy Shuck.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sinclair; his children, Phyllis Paris (Carl Zupan) of Hannibal, Bob Sinclair (Shirley) of Burlington, Beth Sinclair of Sarasota, Delbert Sinclair (Janet) of Hannibal, James "Alan" Sinclair (Gini) of Jacksonville, Diane Duncan (Ron Harker) of Hannibal, Gerald Sinclair (Jeana Maupin) of Stoutsville, Ken Hardy (Layne Besgrove) of Hannibal, Cherie Knutelski (Mike) of New London and Vicki Welch of Hannibal, Missouri; his sister-in-law Rose Lee Hill of Macon, Illinois; his cousins, Iva Jane Wheeler and Mary Ann Eckley; his niece Connie Wienhoff; his nephew Darrell Shuck; and his pets, Silky, Tom and Tuey. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 16 great- great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
