He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Epperson and Mattie Beshears Epperson; his wife Patsy Elgin; and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Epperson, Jim Epperson and Gene Epperson.
He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chuck" Epperson (Debbie) and Stephanie Couch (Shawn) of Center, MO; his brother William Epperson (Neva) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Morgan Couch, Nicole Yager (Adam), Jeremy Epperson (Brooke) and Dustin Epperson (Candance); and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Damon, Dakota, Maddison, Bentlee, Amiyah and Kenny.
