He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Williams (McGinnis); his children, Jodie Borgerding (Mark) of Washington and David Williams (Lynette) of New Haven; his granddaughter Alexis Borgerding of Washington, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Gary McGinnis (Peggy) of New Haven. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
