With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael James Wallach of New Haven, Missouri, born in Washington, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallach and Maria Wallach; and his parents-in-law, Almond and Berwin. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Wallach of New Haven; his children, David Wallach of Columbia, SC and Susie Rice (Jason) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Gracie Wallach, Crysta Wallach, Luke Wallach, Peyton Rice and Maddie Rice; his siblings, Rita Roberts of McKinney, TX, Anita Todd (Terry) of McKinney, TX and John Wallach of Union; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Rosenkoetter (Sharon) of Jeffriesburg and Dale Rosekoetter of Jeffriesburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (603 Miller St, New Haven, MO 63068). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Assumption Cemetery (603 Miller St, New Haven, MO 63068).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Franklin County Historical Society.
