She was predeceased by: her stepson Tyler Clines. She is survived by: her parents, Dale Counts and Sandra Counts of Ironton; her husband David Clines of New Haven; her daughter Abigayle Kay Smith of New Haven; her siblings, Deborah Manion (Bryan) of Park Hills and Charles Counts (Rebecca) of Bismarck, MO; her parents-in-law, Norma and Jim Clines of New Haven; her stepsons, Jacob and Shane Clines; and her fathers-in-law, Paul Clines (Tina) of New Haven and Kevin Clines (Tracey) of New Haven. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family of Melinda Smith.
