It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Haney Sr. (New Haven, Missouri), born in Roodhouse, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Haney and Sarah Haney (Sutton); his sons, Mike Haney and Kenny Haney; and his siblings, Oscar Haney, Jay Haney and Truelah Crider.
He is survived by: his children, John Haney, Jr. of St. Clair, David Haney of Aurora, Bobby Haney of Tomball, Kevin Haney (Stacy) of Washington, Deborah Nicks (Lauren) of Beaufort, Patty Rogers of Rosebud and Chris Jokerst (Mike) of Foley; and his sisters, Dortha Woodruff of Seattle and Daisy Campbell (Jim) of Sullivan. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
