He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius John and Loretta Frances Deken; his siblings, Ann Deken and Jude V. Deken; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Deken and Rev. Dale A. Maxfield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Deken, James Deken, Jerome Deken, Mary Fran Pereira (Grig), Jean Marie Deken (Jim Reed), Jane Maxfield, Joan Pisoni (Michael), Janet Deken, Thomas Deken, Fran Pipitone (James), Beth Stolarski (John) and Damian Deken; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry Deken and Anna Miller. He is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews.
