It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Karl Altemeyer (New Haven, Missouri), born in Washington, Missouri, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Mathilde Ohse and Amelia Altemeyer; and his nephew Eli Philipp Altemeyer. He is survived by: his son Luke James Altemeyer (Tina Damschroeder); his parents, Ken Altemeyer and Betty Altemeyer; and his brother Kent Altemeyer of New Haven, MO.. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Due to Covid, a private memorial service was held Jan 9, 2022 at Ebenezer Lutheran church and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
