She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nicks and Clara Nicks (Brandt); her husband Lester Pelster; her daughter Elona Schowe; and her siblings, Helen Nolting, Henrietta Holter, Lilly Zimmer, Alberta Nicks, Herbert, George, Alfred and William Nicks.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Ruediger (Rudy) of New Haven, Missouri and Vernon Pelster (Michelle) of New Haven, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to New Haven Care Center or Trinity Lutheran Church.
