He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arnold Seitter, Glen Seitter, Emerson "Skip" Seitter, Eloise Linkinhoker, Melvin Seitter and Rose Brune; and his daughters-in-law, Mandy Seitter and Sonya Pinnell.
He is survived by: his children, Tricia Weible (Todd) of St. Clair, Lesley Almond (Aron) of Brookfield, MO and Chad Seitter of New Haven; his stepchildren, Dawn Launius (Jeff), Gerry Pinnell and Jim Pinnell (Karla); his grandchildren, Paige Helmig (Kyle), Sadye Weible, Isaiah Weible, Jaron Almond, Jordyn Almond, Abigail Seitter, Lucas Seitter, Brinley Seitter, Maizie Seitter, Alisia Launius, Shawn Launius, Brie Pinnell, Russell Pinnell and Sierra Pinnell; his great grandchildren, Landin, Dakota, Jase, Kolt of Dawndriea, J. T. and Sophia; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Seitter and Georgia Seitter. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
