She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Branson and Mildred Branson (Asher); and her brother Ron Branson. She is survived by: her husband Ervin W. Niewald; her children, Debbie Freitag (David) of New Haven, Missouri, Rhonda Grannemann (Dave) of New Haven, Missouri and Michael Niewald of New Haven, Missouri; her sisters, Brenda Creacy of Ranger, Texas and Robin Peters (Gus) of Aurora, Colorado; her sister-in-law Nada Branson of Denver, Colorado; her grandchildren, Denise Berlekamp (Jeff) of St. Louis, Missouri, Daniel Freitag (Erica) of New Haven, Missouri, Todd Grannemann (Sarah) of New Haven, Missouri, Erin Lewis (Andrew) of Lake City, Pennsylvania, Alyssa Niewald of Nampa, Idaho, Nathan, Savannah and Jackson Niewald of Coupeville; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Addison, Grayson, Tatum, Margaret, Darcy and Olivia. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to New Haven Care Center or American Diabetes Association.
