He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Celestine Sr. and Martha Ballman (Henson); his brother James Ballman; his sister-in-law Debbie Dodson; and his father-in-law James.
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Ballman (Dodson); his children, Christopher Ballman (Leslie) of Conroe, Texas, Kimberly Lutz (Andrew) of Union, Missouri, Jason Ballman (Kasey) of Conroe, Texas, Michele Lindstrom of Escondido, California and John Ballman of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Taylor, Reyana, Kiyara, Brandon, Samantha, Matthew and Jacob; his great grandchild Arabella; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Judy (Roy) of Huntingtown and James Dodson (Mary) of Huntingtown.
Memorials may be given to Franklin County Humane Society.
