She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Leathers and Delores Prior Leathers; and her sister Judy Scantlin. She is survived by: her spouse Jack Cook; her children, James Cook, Heath Cook, Paul Cook (Betty) and Stephanie Cook; and her sisters, Peggy Davis, Earlene Green, Kathy Lichtenthalea and Linda Moore. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
