It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Bishop of New Franklin, Missouri, born in Fayette, Missouri, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bishop and Lillian Maxine Bishop (Jackson); his wife Laura Jane Wyatt; his daughter Wanda Marie Bishop; his grandson Alexander Paul Terrell; and his siblings, Parry Monteer and Robbie Joe Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Leeandra Gwen Gehringer of Rocheport, MO, Christina Lynn Cox (Patrick) of Columbia, MO, Paul Wade Bishop (Kimber) of New Franklin, MO and Sarah Anjanette Pace of Rocheport, MO; his sisters, Betty Brown (Raymond) of New Franklin, MO and Rickie Green (Arnie) of Boonville, MO.; and his caregiver Nancy Donner of New Franklin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
