He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Johnson and Marilyn F. Johnson (Newton). He is survived by: his wife Susan McGuire; his stepdaughter Sarah McGuire (Brandon Hauber) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Savannah, Kieli, Mya and Zoe; and his sisters, Cathy Daniels (Dennis) of Fayette, MO, Deanne Simmons (Dale) of Wamego, KS and Liz Felton (Robby) of Fayette, MO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
