He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willard Chipley and Nora Ellen Jackson Chipley; and his siblings, Willard Chipley and Shirley Seyller. He is survived by: his wife Fannie; his children, Monti Alan Chipley (Petra) of Bayreuth, Germany, Trisha Grant (Gary) of New Franklin, Ronda Schilling (Bob) of Charleston, SC and Jaclyn Taylor (Shane) of Fairland, OK; his grandchildren, Tayler, Mason Schilling, BrieAna Pittman (Tim), Cameryn Edwards (Nathan), Paetyn and Ashlyn Taylor; and his great grandchild Eleanor Pittman.
