He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Eugene Hein and Velma Ruth Johnson; and his sister Nancy Kay Meyers. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Edward Hein (Kate) and Christina Renee Decoufle (Michael); his siblings, Melvin Eugene Hein (Meg), Thomas Michael Hein (Stephane) and Ruth Ann Graves (Marvin); and his granddaughter Cardin Curtin Hein.
