He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mannisi Cunningham and John Cunningham; his wife Joyce Arlene Ewer; his daughter Angela Michelle Cunningham; and his former wives, Joyce Cunningham and Patricia Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Marie Cunningham (Cory) of Tonganoxie, Kan. and Robert Byron Cunningham (Nicole) of Fairway, Kan.; his brother Kenneth Charles Cunningham (Vincent Jerome Cunningham); his sons, Kenneth Cunningham of Lincoln, Neb. and Vincent Cunningham (Nina) of Scribner, Neb.; his stepchildren, Jeff Brush (Nicole) of Rockledge, Fla. and Janice Brush of Williamsburg; his grandchild Kris; his great grandchildren, Ashlie Christianson, Veronica Weber and Cory Weber, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Cunningham, Ryan Cunningham and Hayley Willman (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Emily Cunningham, Vincent Cunningham Jr. and William Cunningham; and also, Tara Banks, Taylor Banks, Elaysia, Joseph, Gianni, Jeremy, Sabrina, Ivan, Kash and Ziyare.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Shriners Children's St. Louis.
