Verna Winter Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Winter Davis of New Florence, Missouri, who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Simon Winter and Alma Wehrman Winter; her husband John Walker Davis; her brother Harvey Winter (Mary Elizabeth); and her sister-in-law Ann Winter.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Davis (Anita) of Montgomery City, MO and Linda Jane Jones (Gary); her grandchildren, Gerald Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada, Andrew Jones (Becky) of Oregon, Jennifer Farrell (Joshua) of Utah, Lori Breshers (Bill) of Oklahoma, Jessica Jones (Chris) of Montgomery City, MO and Neal Davis (Amanda) of Montgomery City, MO; and her siblings, Fred Winter of Albuquerque and Melba Clark of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
