He is survived by: his mother Jamey Carolyn "Kay" Lewis (Butner) of Montgomery City; his wife Diana Grace Thomas; his children, Brian Lewis, Christina Ketterman of Ashland, Kim Fleetwood (Derek) of Ashland and Katie Lewis of Boonville; his grandchildren, Bailey Schoening (Ryan) of Auxvasse, Cameron Lewis of Columbia and Aviana Weiman of Boonville; his great grandchild Brenton Schoening of Auxvasse; his father Jesse James Lewis (Joyce) of Perry; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Linda Lewis of Montgomery City.
