He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Geneva Walters (Varner); his wife Leora Frances Davis; and his siblings, Raymond and Marjorie Stuart.
He is survived by: his children, Robert, Tannie Walters of Bucklin, Stephen, Kim Walters of Trimble and Tina Burns (Darrell); and his sister Eileen "Sammi" Bartel of Kansas City. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
