He was predeceased by: his father James G. Boroughf. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ann Boroughf (Gandy); his son Ethan William Baxter of Marceline; his siblings, Mark Boroughf of Tulsa and Robin Coe of Marceline; his brother-in-law Henry Coe of Marceline; his nephew Evan Coe of New Cambria; his nieces, Megan Simons, Russell of Marceline and Katie Coe of Marceline; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton Coe, Ryker Simons, Coner Simons, Samantha Coe and Adalynn Cahill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
