He is survived by: his spouse Thelmia Mallett (Gardner); his children, Steve Mallett (Patty) and Shelley Louise (Terry Dick); his sisters, Joyce and Eleanor; and his close friend Morgan W. Thomas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
