He is survived by: his mother Bernice Elaine Spicer (Norman); his wife Pamela Spicer of New Bloomfield; his stepchildren, James Thoenen of Jefferson City, Lisa Thoenen of Meta and Nicole Hernandez (Jovanny) of Leavenworth; and his siblings, Elaine Pardee (Rick) of Topeka, Kelly Bennett (Rich) of Willard and Curtis Spicer (Diana) of Columbus. He is also survived by three step grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
