She was predeceased by: her father Joseph F. Smith; her husband Richard; and her aunt Stella. She is survived by: her mother Faye Louise Smith (Nanney) of St. Louis; her son Brian Hicks of New Bloomfield; her grandson Tyler Hicks; her sister Betty Miller of St. Louis; and her daughter Jennifer Hicks of New Bloomfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
