He is survived by: his wife Betty Cunningham of Meta; his son Paul Wesley Bax; his grandchildren, Cody, Colton, Alex and Kaiden; his siblings, Glenda "Susie" Howard, Stuart "Adlai" Bax (Sherry), Arnold "Buddy" Bax (Alice), Brenda Bax and DeLane "John" Bax (Vicki); his son-in-law Dennis "Glen" Malone; his sister-in-law Helen Bax; his former wife Betty Bax; his aunt Helen Bax; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Sheila, Kevin, Keith, Tracy, Eric, Kimberly, Michael, Brandon, Daniel, Adam, Ashlee and Shane. He is also survived by cousins, business associates and friends.
