He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Travis Jenkins and Ruby Jenkins (Carroll); his wife Carla; his daughters, Jessica Skinner (Bradley), Brooke Jenkins and Tabitha Jenkins; his grandson Paxton Jenkins; his siblings, Bill Jenkins, Jamie Jenkins, Teresa Gee (Frank) and Tammy Jenkins; his mother-in-law Dorothy Menefee; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Jobe (Dana), Kendall Jobe and Debbie Seaver (Jay). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
