He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Forrest, Bernice Ham and Judy Breshears; and his brother Timon Ham. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Forrest and Amy Leigh Ham (Breshears); his brother Wyatt Ham; his grandfather Allen Breshears (Sally); his aunt Mary Ann (Todd Semkin); and his uncles, Tom (Kathy Ham), Richard (Lucinda Ham), David (Ginny Ham) and Jeff (Karen Prevost).
