He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Franklin and Thelma Gertrude Phillips (Roe); his son Jeffery Phillips; his siblings, Meli Muffi, Geri Gilpin and Charles Phillips; and his brothers-in-law, Dudley Miller and Gene Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips; his children, Todd Phillips, Jessica Jameson (Jason) of Fort Worth, TX and Josh Phillips (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Phillips (Stephanie), Gabrielle Crouch (Kyle), Heidi Baur (Caden), Jordan, Justin Jameson, Lincoln, London and Lyndie Phillips; his siblings, Joe Phillips (Veralee), Shirley Hicks (Clinton), Sue Miller, Kay Baugh and Judy Burns (Linn); and his pet Penny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other extended family.
