He is survived by: his wife Deborah Briggs (Middendorf); his children, Donnie Lee Briggs Jr. (Sharon) of Sierra Blanca, Ronnie Lyn Briggs (Sheri) of Las Vegas, Michael Wayne Briggs (Tonya) of Lake Ozark and Donna Ann Briggs Dean (Robbie) of New Bloomfield; and his siblings, Stanley Steffan (Steffanie) of Palm Springs, Carey Steffan (Julie) of Sacramento, Terry Steffan (Denise) of Sacramento and Mary Briggs Greenup (Jim) of Rogersville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
