It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Gene Carroll of Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Edwin Carroll and Teresa Eva Carroll (Schoenhofer); and his daughter Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Mark Carroll (Janice) of Pratt, KS, Steve Carroll of Richmond, MO, Charlotte Smardo of Kansas City, MO and John Carroll (Kim) of Iola, KS; and his sisters, Marilyn Carroll of Colorado and Jane McGuire of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
