He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sisters, Lila Carriker (Perry) and Melba Blystone (Fernando); his sister-in-law Donna Bushlow; his niece Regina Allison; his nephew Aaron Blystone (Tamara); his stepchildren, Gretchen Denney and Holden Simpson; and his grandchildren, Zachery Allison (Bri), Chandler Allison (Staci), Brant Allison (Laney), Mackenna Blystone (Rachael), Linleigh Denney and Max Denney. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
