With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lyric Maeve Hyder of Nevada, Missouri, born in Overland, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024. She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Danny Middleton and Denny Hyder; her great-great-grandparent Emily Middleton; her cousin Matthew Lawrence; and her uncle Dylan Giffen.
She is survived by: her parents, Jason Lee Hyder and Rachel Leona Cox; her siblings, Paisley Hyder, Lane Hyder and Layla Hyder; her grandparents, Tim, Stephanie Hyder of Hume, MO, David, Tricia Cox of Richards, MO and Connie; and her great-grandparents, Patricia Middleton of Metz, MO, Nadine Hyder, Phyllis, Ron Bakert of Marshall, MO, Janet and Greg Finkle. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ferry Funeral Home (301 S Washington St, Nevada, MO 64772). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Antioch Cemetery.
