He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Tally and Dorothy Tally (Reasoner); his wife Pat; his son Lawrence Edward Tally; his granddaughters, Kylie and Samantha Baldwin; and his mother-in-law Jean McKeithan.
He is survived by: his son Brian Tally (Kelly); his father-in-law Bruce McKeithan (Freda) of Overland Park, KS; and his grandchildren, Brett Tally, Chloe Baldwin (Zac) of Lamar, MO, Austin Tally of Lamar, MO, Brandon Baldwin (Jordan) and Anica Urquidez (Gavin). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church, Nevada, in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
