He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark L. Fancher and Gertrude Toppins Fancher; his stepdaughter Diana Ewing; his siblings, Les, Jack Fancher, Imogene Matthews, Mary Lee Hillard and Helen Reed; and his grandson Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Boyles; his stepchildren, Bruce Buckner (Tina), Rick (Louann), Melinda and Perry Cornett of Parker, KS; and his son-in-law Melvin Ewing of Butler, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, three great-great-granddaughters, and a great-great-grandson.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ferry Funeral Home (301 S Washington St, Nevada, MO 64772).
Memorials are suggested in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital c/o Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
