He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mikoliza and Esther Mikoliza; and his sisters, Margaret and Helen Mikoliza. He is survived by: his friend Max Brown; his wife Sharon; his son Terry Mikoliza; his stepchildren, Dale Hodges (Allison) and Susie Shaddy (David); and his grandchildren, Sarah Shaddy, Jenah Shaddy, Billy Mikoliza, Shawn Hodges and Nichole Hodges.
