With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Ann Manar of Neosho, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy D. Manar; her son Charles Whittington; her parents, Airld "Gus" Flory and Viola Flory; and her brothers, Ronald and Leland Flory.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Whittington, Kimberly Musgrave (Cecil), Kristie Putnam and Judith Laningham (Larry); her grandchildren, Steven Putnam (Jessica), Chancellor Banchi (Elizabeth), Audrie Ritter, Mariah Putnam (Dakota), Nathaniel Laningham, Kaitlan Vandergrif, Austin Chambers and Garrett Musgrave; and her siblings, Carter Flory (Mary) and Ila Wise (Herb). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
