He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Perch. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Jessen (Alicia) of Joplin and Lori Randolph (Eugene) of Carthage, Missouri; his siblings, Paul Randolph (Victoria), Kevin Perch (Brenda), Trey Randolph (Krystal), Dylan Dunn (Emily), Bobby Erman, Grace Dunn (Aaron) and Macy Erman; his grandfathers, Frank Perch and Don Jessen (Denise); and his aunts, Andrea Williams and Holly Jessen.
