He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Claude and Elva Mae Muskrat (Mouck); his wife Betty Marie Paden; his brothers, Joe Muskrat, Jake Muskrat and Sam Muskrat; and his granddaughter Ashley Muskrat.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Bronson Muskrat of Neosho and Tom Kelly Muskrat Jr. (Shawnda) of Carl Junction, Missouri; his grandchildren, Roxanne Muskrat, Karen Braiser, Jocelyn Farley (Zeke), Lindsay Slater and Nicholas Muskrat (Hadley); and his siblings, James Muskrat of Joplin, Missouri, Mary Ann Smith of Norman and Ida Louise Dunham of Aurora, Illinois..
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the Dice Cemetery (28950 State Hwy HH, Stark City, MO 64866).
