She was predeceased by: her parents, Carria Maynard (Flowers) and Thomas Maynard. She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Spence of Joplin, MO; her siblings, Scott Freeman of Quapaw, OK, Amy Dease of Duenweg, MO and Allison Maynard of Girard, KS; and her grandchild Memphis Duggan.
