He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hogan and Irene Hogan (Kraft); his son Timothy Hogan; and his siblings, Sherry Sauder and Jack Hogan.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hermann (Max), Robert Williams (Renee), Joseph Hogan (Gina), Daniel Hogan (Amy) and Stephenie Roberts (Billy). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Stephen was a very charitable and giving man and enjoyed helping others and volunteered his time doing that through the Talkington Foundation.
