She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Williams and May Belle Williams; her husband Leroy Halsey; her children, Dennis Roamoeller and Linda Kay Rohmoeller; and her brothers, George Williams and Lavern Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Osborn (Don) of Neosho, May Belle Cutchens of Neosho and Lynette Bailey (David) of Monett; her sister Helen Harbolt of Shawnee, Kansas; her grandchildren, Cameron Cutchens, Colton Cutchens and Carissa McLean; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Bailey, Spencer McLean and Ronin Cutchens. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
