He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Alfred and Dema Slaughter (Lynn); and his niece Kelly Hornback. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Denise Carpenter; his children, Michael Slaughter (Amber) of Wylie, Ronnie Garrett (Valerie) of Broken Arrow, Casey Slaughter (Claire) of Spring Creek and Maddie Weston (Cody) of Silver Springs, Maryland; his siblings, Randy Slaughter (Nancy) of Joplin, Diane Zacarello of Webb City and Sandra Hager (Miles) of Bellview, Nebraska; and his aunt Ina Tucker of Carl Junction. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing observed for the safety of all attending the services.
