He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Burrell; his sons, Kyle, John and Phillip Buzzard; his grandchildren, Shawn Buzzard and Bradley Buzzard; his brother Don Prichard (Donna); and his cousins, Bobbie Webb, Jim Fowler (Pam) and Janice Fowler. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
