He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Drake and Margie Drake (Hoover). He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ambercrombie of Scottsdale, AZ; and his siblings, Randy Drake (Jenny) of Neosho, MO and Dee Anne Allen (David). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
