With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Kathalene (Kay) Hively of Neosho, Missouri, born in Milburn, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 27, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill James and Dovie James; her spouse Russell Hively; her son Russell; and her daughter-in-law Sabra.
