It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Dell Hayworth of Neosho, Missouri, born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva E. Ward and Verla Mae Ward (Hendrickson); and her brother Edwin Lee Ward. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dene Hayworth; her sons, Chad Hayworth (Jennifer) of Neosho and Justin Hayworth (Callie) of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; her grandchildren, Peyton Hayworth, Ryne Hayworth, Addison Cobb, Ryleigh Hayworth, Brayden Hayworth, Delaney Hayworth, Greyson Lamp, Taylor Lamp and Kennedy Lamp; and her siblings, Donna Akins of Sherwood and Nevin Ward (Carol) of Wichita Falls, Texas.. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to the Charity of Donor's Choice in memory of Phyllis.
